Middle-aged Vagn Bendtsen leads a quiet, mundane, and lonely life. When his soccer team takes a trip to Sweden to face off against a team of police officers, little does Vagn suspect that it will be the adventure of a lifetime. Left behind in a gas station restroom, he implores a young man, John Lund, to help him catch up with his bus. Unbeknownst to Vagn, John just held up the gas station, and this is only the first stop on his crime wave.

Nikolaj Steen was born in 1967 in Denmark. He is also a music producer, song writer, composer and singer with seven solo albums to his credit. Steen has played parts in a number of Danish feature films and television series.
